Spin Cycle

Spin Cycle class is an excellent workout to strengthen your heart and tone your legs. You can stretch your way to lean, lovely legs, too.) Classes consist of  sprints, hill climbs, and other fun exercises like intervals and circuits. Classes are usually 60 minutes long and are set to music.

In July 2009, California Fitness Center established itself as the premier fitness center for Northridge, CA. We wish to maintain high quality standard services, focusing on the needs of our customer and members.
