*PUMP *is a weight-based group-exercise program. The classes are performed to music using free weights and an aerobic step. All muscle groups are worked via series of intense and isolation-based exercises, resulting in a full body workout.

Experience this total body workout, utilizing resistance and cardio training, which combines Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, and Diet components of R.I.P.P.E.D. into one exercise program to help you reach your fitness goals and maintain your physique in ways that are fun, exciting and extremely effective.

Spin Cycle

*Spin Cycle* class is an excellent workout to strengthen your heart and tone your legs. You can stretch your way to lean, lovely legs, too.) Classes consist of  sprints, hill climbs, and other fun exercises like intervals and circuits. Classes are usually 60 minutes long and are set to music.

Yoga/Mat Pilates

Yoga is an ancient system of breathing practices, physical exercises and postures, and meditation intended to integrate the practitioner's body, mind, and spirit. Yogo originated in India several thousand years ago, and has tons of benefits. It can improve flexibility, strength, balance, and stamina. In addition, many people who practice yoga say that it reduces anxiety and stress, improves mental clarity, and even helps them sleep better. Mat Pilates is a form of Yoga that uses similar movements with emphasis on stretching and flexibility.

Zumba Dancing

The Zumba program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got a Zumba class!

CardioBoxing

CardioBoxing

*CardioBoxing *is a high intensity group-exercise program. The classes require some sort of boxing gloves to protect the attendees from possible injuries to hands. All muscle groups are worked via series of exercises on flexible boxing bags, circuit training, shadow boxing and core training, resulting in a full body workout.

In July 2009, California Fitness Center established itself as the premier fitness center for Northridge, CA. We wish to maintain high quality standard services, focusing on the needs of our customer and members.
